WOMEN/GIRLS SELF-DEFENSE (Ages 11+)

This is a class chock-full of hands-on training and techniques without all the lectures. This class is great for women and girls who have had prior self-defense classes and need a refresher course or folks who just want to learn physical techniques and get a great foundation in self-defense training. Includes verbal and physical self-defense, improvised weapons training, demonstrations, martial arts, ground fighting, and LOTS of hands on practice. Don't miss it!

Cost: $40.00 Scholarships, military, and sliding scale prices offered on request.
