Learn to move like a dancer. Grounding, Anchoring, Shared Space, Frame, Establishing a line of dance, Movement Quality, and Connection. Learn how to dance in a why that feels and looks good! We'll dive into the basics so you can practice with precision. No partner needed and all levels welcome. Fridays 7:00 - 7:45PM $50 for the 4-Week Series $15 Drop-In Price Drop-In Students are welcome to join for the first session in the 4-Week Series only.
